Who we are:

Rodney Barker
A Professor at Mt. Hood college and Chair of the Entrepreneur Program. Teaching Contracts, Business Law, Business Organization , criminal Law & Procedure, he brings extensive experience in both subject matter and learning strategies. He is also a frequent speaker on a wide range of subjects. He is an author of several books and articles.

Michael Moiso
A Professor at Portland State University and Portland Community College teaching contracts and business law. He is also the author of Don't Stress The Bar Exam and How To Pass When You Failed The Bar Exam . He has been coach and presenter for bar exam workshops for over ten years.
